Have any of you in developing your psychic abilities found that your abilities have changed, sometimes your abilities are stronger, weaker than at other times. When this happens it feels like you may have lost the intuitive ability to discern in the way you used to. Often when this happens, you will find that a different intuitive ability is being used more often.

Our abilities are always there even when we doubt they still exist. This doubting is one sure way to turn off the ability to access your normal form of psychic knowing. It is knowing your ability will always be there for you to use at any given moment. Your strongest ability is your easiest most natural intuitive talent, and is the psychic ability you carried with you into this lifetime. All of your other less developed intuitive abilities are waiting for you to develop and use them. When you do begin to grow you psychic garden, or develop you intuitive psychic muscle, your intuitive ability is finally given a chance be used and discovered. Allowing this particular ability to come out and play, is ideal when your strongest psychic ability has shut down for a bit. Developing a balanced palate of abilities is especially great because you have a varied selection for your intuitive self to use. ALL of your psychic gifts are there for you to tap into that vast consciousness of knowing.

When you have times of doubt, allow it to float away from your reality. These are what I call ego doubts, and are based in fear, they are not facts. Instead, recognize that these thoughts are untrue and do not support you in your happiness or psychic development. And visualize the doubt into nonexistence!

If you feel as if you have shut down your psychic ability, you can begin to gently awaken it by opening your mind, spirit & enhanced awareness. Read books to help you understand and develop your psychic ability. Practice using the psychic tools you need to develop your special ability, train your brain by listening to music and meditations, for psychic experience, insight and realization.

From time to time, your intuitive abilities may go dormant but they will never leave When you are sick, learning something new, or dealing with emotional issues, your focus not on using these abilities because your energy goes to whatever it is your focus has become. From time to time, sit, play, and get used to this new level of psychic development. It takes a bit of time for the old and the new to blend and become a part of the whole that will utilize all parts of our intuitive gifts.
