Fukushima Meltdown Worse Than Chernobyl
Over the last few days we have learned that Fukushima suffered a core fuel nuclear meltdowns which is worse than Chernobyl. This explains why radiation escaped into the air and ocean. I have decided to post a three part article of how to protect against radiation.
After the atomic bombing of Nagasaki in 1945, many people later came down with symptoms of radiation poisoning. Dr. Akizuki fed his staff and patients a strict macrobiotic diet of brown rice, miso and tamari soy sauce soup, wakame and other sea vegetables, Hokkaido pumpkin, and sea salt. Consumption of sugar and sweets were prohibited. As a result, he saved everyone in his hospital, while many other survivors in the city perished from radiation sickness.
Vegetables
I guess now I know why Dream Myst has so strongly suggested planting things like yams and potatoes. Food that grows under the ground.
Vegetables that will help to remove the effects of radiation are Sulfur rich vegetables including broccoli, cabbage and mustard greens.
High-pectin foods including carrots, sunflower seeds and apples. Apple Pectin protects you from long-term effects of radiation. Apple pectin draws radioactive waste from your body and passes it out through your colon. Apple pectin was used in the aftermath of Chernobyl to reduce the load of radioactive cesium in children.
Liver-cleansing foods such as artichokes, beets and radishes
Fermented foods such as miso and unpasteurized sauerkraut
Buckwheat and brown rice
Wheatgrass and barley grass

Kombucha tea
Kombucha is a fermented or brewed beverage, that is cultured for a number of days. . Use green tea in your kombucha brew for added health benefits of active enzymes, probiotic s, and amino acids, antioxidants, polyphenols and saccharomyces boulardi. To minimize or eradicate sugar: use ordinary granulated white sugar to ferment the Kombucha tea. For less sweetness brew for a longer period try 6 to 8 days.
