As I mentioned yesterday, Dream Myst suggested meditation as part of the solution to heal the planet. Alexandra created this beautiful Water meditation to heal our water and sea life in Japan. Even though I don’t normally meditate (because when I do a friendly universal light being tends come in for a visit!) this is a prayer/meditation I can do. So, what else can I do beside meditate? Energetic Healing might work because I don’t have to go into a deep relaxed altered state of consciousness.

Psychic Energy is focused and directed through thought and allows you to notice energy outside of yourself like when you are in a room and “know” something by either feeling or sensing energy in the room. Universal Life Force energy or spiritual energy is using the power of prayer to tap into this powerful Universal God energy. Combining these energies will keep you from getting headaches, burnout, and feeling tired after a healing or doing psychic work because the Universal Life Force energy gives back to you in unlimited abundance and will be far better than you ever imagined.

Energetic healers open up their energy and expand it to help send the energy to heal someone. The wise healer realizes that the same energy used to heal, heals them and gives them the energy they to continue. The hot and cold sensations some people feel is the activation of the of the energy centers located in the palms of your hands which are used to direct healing. Clapping and rubbing your hand together will activate the healing centers in your hands. Do you feel tingling, sense colors of the energy, or other sensations? The energy you feel is your personal energy, known as Ki energy. After the healing session, shaking your hands or rinsing your hands in cold water will rebalance your energy.

Sometimes you will see a smoke like substance emanating from your fingers. Your bio-electromagnetic energy is your aura. This energy courses and flows through and outside of your physical body. Every human has it and uses it to some degree or another. This energy can be felt as heat or cold, some people will “hear” it and some will “see” it because they are more sensitive to these energies. This physical manifestation of your energy allows you to know it exists and it is used for healing, both physical and energetic. When you and another person are open to hands on, remote healing your energy connects with theirs to create the amount of healing the person, or any living thing will allow and accept. Hot spots usually signify a blocked area, while the cold sensation indicates that the blockage is cleared.
