How difficult is it for you to break an old habit? Here is an exercise you can do. Not only does it demonstrate how a simple routine becomes a habit but it will also demonstrate how when we call upon our “Pallies” breaking that routine or habit becomes easier. For the next couple of weeks change the direction of how you hang up your roll of paper towels. If you do not normally hang your paper towels on the paper towel bar, but sit it on the counter or table, start by hanging it or move it to a different location.
How hard is it for you to get used to a new way of doing something? Notice how
you automatically go for the old way and get frustrated. Now, change the
direction or sit the paper towels in a different area of your kitchen and ask
that your Pallies help you to adjust to the new change easily with grace and
ease. What happens? Is your frustration level less?
Once you can BELIEVE in the possibility, the opportunity to change becomes a reality. Like any new habit, it takes about 90 days to feel comfortable with Listening, Trusting and Following. Breaking an old habit or routine is difficult to do because the habit you want to change feels comfortable. Asking your loved ones in spirit for help and
assistance is not in the least bit uncomfortable. In fact, it will become second nature to “check in” with them in all aspects of your affairs.

Are you sure that your resolution is in your own best interest? Call upon your Lost Pallies and “check in” so you can adjust it for your highest and best good. How can you get back on track if you have fallen off the wagon? You might want to meditate and ask if the choice you have made is a good one for you. Your loved ones in spirit see things very differently, from a new vantage point. Their clarity from the astral mists can assist you into your empowerment. They know and love you and because of this, they will make suggestions when you are open to receiving these special insights. Believe and have faith in the results.
How many of us get in a routine of doing something a certain way? Breaking the routine is a matter of changing it in small measurable ways. Imagine how much easier this would be if the loved one you call upon has their own past experiences as well as having clarity from the other side to assist you in your endeavor.
Maybe you want to lose weight or quit smoking. If you want help and encouragement, call upon that special loved one who is no longer here in the physical but who would love to help you accomplish your goal all the same. Every time you become mired in a slippery place in regards to your resolutions, you can let your Pallies know you need their help. Let them protect and insulate you from each and every temptation. When you feel the most powerless and vulnerable, call upon your support system in all areas of your life, mind body and spirit. Call your friends who are still here in the physical in addition to your spirit friends for support.
Many times when I have asked for help in breaking an old habit, the spirit world suggests I break things down gradually. A bite at a time. Simplify. The goal is to quit a habit I no longer want in my life. I take my Pallies suggestion to break the habit into manageable pieces. It is like learning how to change the old habit gradually over a period of time instead of cold turkey. I can then create steady successes, some small and some large. Feeling good about what I am doing is empowering. Because of this, I find that I can make it another hour or day. When I have what I consider a slip, I call upon my “Pallies” to help me. Many time I will say, “Ok, get me through this one!” They are always ready to help me get on track and love me for the effort I put into accomplishing my goal.
Ask your spirit friends and loved ones to help you choose your resolution or question them to see if you need to change it a bit to better work for you. Lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, drinking and losing weight has probably been a large part of your life for many years. The solution is to make it workable for you. Many times when you ask your spirit loved ones for answers, you will find the solutions come from the most unlikely sources. They may come in dreams, signs, and from complete strangers who just seem to have the perfect answer for you. Allow yourself to “be led” into your answer. Allow your insight and intuition to open.

This is part one of a three part article. Aren’t you glad I didn’t put up all three pages?
Imagine for a moment how powerful it would be to have your very own personal transformational tool. Your own personal transformational tool against settling for second best is within and around you. Maybe, all you have to do is ask your Lost Pallies or loved ones who are now in spirit for help.
Imagine having your own personal team of success coaches who are rooting and cheering you on against settling for second best. You may not be aware of it yet but you really do have all that you need to keep your resolution for the New Year. This team is magically within and around you, every time you need them and they do it for FREE and you don’t even need to make an appointment! Ask your personal list of Lost Pallies for a little assistance. What or who is a “Pallie”? A Pallie in this sense is a friend or loved one who now resides in the spirit realms.
What is the difference between making the resolution and keeping it? How many of you made one this New Year? If you have, you are setting the intention. To keep it, your focus is on the action of obtaining the results you seek.
The important part is not to get into the results of how you think it should happen. Your part is to take the action that creates the results you desire. This can be difficult to accomplish, because we are caught up in the details and the results of the action or non-action. This limits not only the universe but also our spirit Pallies in how much they can help us to manifest our goal. We do not need to struggle with this decision when we use the power within and ask our “Pallies” for help.
Okay its week number two, or three or four, are you still going strong? Is the newness and determination of the resolution beginning to fray around the edges a bit? Maybe even a lot? Has the committee in your brain set you up to fail? When you decide on a new course of action, your subconscious brain persists in feeding negative messages about the decisions you have made. Can you hear that little voice screaming at you “It will always be like this”. “You always fail, what makes you think this will be any different”?
When we are not aware of our emotional triggers, we find that continuing with our resolution seems to take too much effort and the newness in breaking an old habit is overwhelming. Which is when we ask ourselves “Why do I want to suffer with a never-ending series of uncomfortable days with minuscule successes or gains to show for the effort”? “It just isn’t worth it! “Awwww, just one won’t hurt”.
Sometime during this journey, many of us just decide that changing our old habit just isn’t worth the trouble and we quit. Then, we feel guilty for quitting. We tend to beat ourselves up, and feel like we failed because we did not get the desired gain.
Why not ask that one or all of your loved ones in spirit help you stick to the plan. Speak to them, for even if you are not physically aware of their presence, they will be happy to help nurture your stand. How do you know they will help? Ask them for “signs” you can understand.

Do we choose to be the slaves to the New World Order? To martial law and the FEMA camps? To crooked politicians and the victim of the president’s inept leadership? Are you ready for no freedoms and no rights because if we do not change our government we have a long journey ahead.
See, spirituality and knowledge cannot be stolen from you at gunpoint, knife point or by your government.

Question: Dream Myst, what is your message to the police officers who arrest and hurt the Occupy Wall Street protesters, who are standing up for their freedom?
Dream Myst: “For the police officers, it is that they need to remember they also have mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, and family who also are being stolen from. And that even though they are doing their jobs they need to do it with dignity and respect for others. This is their job; if they don’t do it then they don’t have money to feed their children. They need to do what they are told to do, yet do it with dignity and respect for the people who are protesting, because for many of the police officers, they would like to be in the protest but cannot participate. They have to work their jobs. You will find that more police officers feel that way than those who just get the adrenaline rush from arresting somebody. That is an adrenaline rush for a lot of police officers. They get to take action; that is what they enjoy doing, is arresting people. Yet, this is very different because they are making so many more people aware, and think, as they are also. So there is a part of them that would like to say, “I am going to step over the line and be on the other side.’ If they did that then they would not be working.
For those in the military, later, when there is martial law, the military are supposed to protect government officials like the President. There will come a day when the military will go against protecting the President and the crooked politicians. The military will decide to side with the people, for the people. This will be the beginning of the new recovery and new government. This is the beginning of what is happening on Wall Street in New York. That is the beginning of the journey. This is the beginning. Later, when there is martial law, those police officers can be a part of the new recovery period because they are not military. It will be up to the military and they will change their minds very quickly who to follow, which will be the people.

I believe that within this life-force exists different dimensions of reality, different vibrational dimensions which we can reach through raising our vibrations through meditation, hypnosis, ritual, and other energy raising actions such as drumming, chanting, dancing… etc.
Have you heard of GOD appearing as an angel? This happens many times in the bible. Most translations refer to this as the “Angel of the LORD.” The first example occurs in Genesis, chapter 16 where the Angel of the LORD appears to a servant of Abraham (the person whose story the Bible is relating at that time).
How do we know this angel we meet in verse 7 is actually God? We have two sources of evidence. First, if you read the language, it sounds like God. > After all, a normal (or angelic) person would not say “I will multiply your descendants exceedingly, so that they shall not be counted for multitude” (verse 10). The second reason we think the Angel of the LORD is God, is because the servant says so in verse 13. Now, we admit that if this was an isolated incident that our argument would seem weak—but meetings of this type occurred many times. That being said, we realize that it is possible to get the wrong idea that the angels and God are about the same only looking different because they are taking on different forms. This is a illogical jump in thought that the Bible does not support. It is one thing for God to appear as an angel and it is something quite different for God to be an angel. If you would like to look into this further, find a concordance (a listing of the words of the Bible) and look up the word angel. Under “angel,” you will find angel, angel of God, angel of the LORD, and so forth —each referencing a text in the Bible. Read each text and make your own decision! By the way, angels are not called “angels” every time they appear in the Bible. See Ezekiel Chapter 8, verse 2 (Ezekiel 8:2) for an interesting example.
Angels - Contrary to popular conception, angels have never been incarnated into human form and have not lived on earth. Considered to be generally good, angels are servants of a higher being or God and tend to have specific purposes to their existence as relating to humans. Some are messengers, such as Gabriel in the Bible while others are spiritual warriors, such as Michael. Others act as guardians to humans on earth and are the most believed in and witnessed angels in our time. Angels have been described elaborately in various forms, ranging from winged and light filled to non-descript in plain clothes.

Dream Myst http://www.dreammyst.com warns us to prepare because our economy is now in the midst of a deflation. As inflation rises, the cost of Thanksgiving in 2011 is 13% higher than it was last year with turkey being three dollars higher. A trek to Grandma’s house for the Thanksgiving feast is more expensive as well with gasoline prices rising to over four dollars a gallon and airfares are 20% more than they were last year. Food and money donations for many of the food banks do not have enough food supplies to give to needy families, of which many do not receive food stamps to supplement their food supplies.
My thoughts are with the protesters of the Occupy Movement while the New York Stock Exchange and most other financial markets and financial service companies close on this day. Will they go home to their families for this Thanksgiving holiday? Has what they have been experiencing changed their lives and perspectives in the realization of food shortages and hunger?
I may never know the answers to these questions but now my thoughts spring to the Great Depression and how families celebrated their holiday in a day and age most of us cannot envision.
The Great Depression, a time of serious hardship, lasted until World War II (1941). Holidays were sparse and Thanksgiving dinner may only have consisted of a thin soup of whatever was at hand. Need and desperation led to major changes in the political structure in the United States. This wasa world where poor people in 1929 stayed poor and others became poor after the Stock Market crash. We can all use a little love in our hearts. She said that the world will become united as evidenced in what is going to happen on the financial front.
Energetically, individuals who are actually taking actions to become and to be more spiritual or as termed as spiritually enlightened, those people will do the ascending or changing and growing into that new level of consciousness but humanity as a whole will not. So that’s only leaves even if you think of all of humanity and you have your group of people who are going to ascend to that fourth dimension, that’s going to take the whole world with it and change it. So I have to say most of that is wishful thinking and just helping to make people feel better. It’s like putting a band aid on a little child’s owie.
The physical planet does raise the physical planet’s frequencies but it’s not going to raise human beings’ frequencies all that much. Human beings are very dense. Raising the frequencies that you consider it could also be because of all the physical changes that will happen. So it’s important to know if it’s going to be physical or energetic.
Energetically, those who are growing will definitely be going on to that next dimension or reality or ascending into that next level because that’s what it is. It comes from within you. Human beings will become more awakened and more sensitive to energies but that sensitivity is going to for the most part help them to become more of who they really are. So, if somebody is not very nice, regularly you can bet that that energy sensitivity is going to affect them at a more base level than it would be somebody growing on their spiritual path and learning and gathering with like minds to create a better world.
